This morning I met with residents in Maes Y Dre, in Ystradgynlais to see first hand the damage to their property backing onto River Tawe.
With flooding instances increasing, I will be askng the relevant Minister in Cardiff Bay what funding can be made available for private landowners to make these repairs when private insurance companies avoid responsibility.
